Security Services Northwest Accused Of Violations

The Security Agency and two of it’s Guards of whom Clallam County had recently signed a Contract is being accused of Harassment, Stalking, Intimidation, Hurling Threats and Unsubstantiated and Defamatory Comments and Federal And State Constitutional violations.

The two Guards being accused are one female and the other an extremely overweight male, glasses of whom will remain unnamed at this point until at least The Tort Claim and subsequent suit is filed, the claims are violations of The First and Fourteenth Amendments and WA ST's Art 1 Sec 3, Art 1 Sec 4, and Art 1 Sec 5 together with other Washington State Torts.

Apparently the suit might also include Security Services Northwest as an agency and The Dam’icos not just the two Guards in their individual capacities.

Clallam County can also be included too however and especially if The County failed to properly train and or Ratifies the conduct and behavior of the two guards and Security Services, meaning if they, The County, fails to correct the conduct.

Apparently the Guard(s) ask only particular visitors what their business is at the Courthouse then follow and Stalk the visitors throughout the Courthouse hurling false allegations of which apparently NO evidence exists of their defamatory allegations.

The Female Guard actually told one visitor in particular that although SHE did NOT witness an event that SHE thought that he, visitor, “had blown his rights for that day” after he said he, “still had business to do” and after the allegation was conveyed to her was in no haste to confront the visitor because there wasn't even an allegation meeting even a minor civil violation as a video and audio clearly evidences.

Ratification;

Another way of holding a municipality liable is on a “ratification” theory, where a final policy maker shows agreement with a subordinate officer’s actions.

The final policymaker ratified the officer’s act (or failure to act) that is, the final policymaker knew of and specifically made a deliberate choice to approve the officer’s act (or failure to act) and the basis for it.
