WA ST A Loony Sanctuary

The Trump administration is having the same issue with Washington State as it has with it’s northeastern liberal cohorts that now pertains to license plates.

Washington state was sued recently over its practice of denying undercover license plates to U.S. Department of Homeland Security agents including immigration officials and claim that the policy is “discriminatory and a blatant violation of the intergovernmental immunity doctrine embodied within the Supremacy Clause” which generally prevents states from directly regulating the federal government.

“The policy must be declared unconstitutional and invalid, and it must be enjoined,” read the complaint, filed in the Eastern District of Washington.

Earlier this year, the state banned law enforcement officers from wearing face-concealing masks when interacting with the public and if you remember, or care, law enforcement was also chastised for actually arresting those who commit crimes and Local Law Enforcement banned license plate readers, heaven forbid, can’t be arresting criminals now can we, don’t want to inhibit these crazy asses like this Mr. Navarra Carr and the extremely obese Kate Dexter and County Commissioners from turning the area into a haven for the illegal aliens, drug addicted and the homeless that now litter our sidewalks like garbage.

The Trump administration filed similar suits against Maine, Oregon and Massachusetts, which also deny undercover plates to some federal agents and have other similar lunatic policies.

“Protecting the identities of DHS officers is necessary in part due to the increasing threats of targeted harassment and retaliation against federal officers and agents for simply doing their jobs,” the lawsuit stated

Agents could be identified and tracked to their homes, and suspects could be alerted to an officer’s presence and flee or destroy evidence, wrote U.S. Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate in a letter to state Attorney General Nick Brown dated May 12 and posted on X.

Ramped-up immigration enforcement across the country has resulted in significantly more people in ICE custody of which is exactly what the crazy ass liberal lunatics are trying to stop.

Whiner are complaining that just because two liberal weirdos, this Renee Good and Alex Pretti, were shot and killed when it was they whom were causing trouble while protesting, yet these crazy ass liberal loons call ICE “lawless” but then after all it’s the same sociopaths that also just mourned the death of that George Floyd idiot.
